Shipping & Returns

After your order is placed, please allow 3-4 business days for it to be packaged and dispatched.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order.

 All orders will require signature on delivery, so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to provide a signature.

 

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders to Australian addresses are delivered for FREE, via Australia Post Parcel Post.

Please allow 2-8 business days after dispatch for your order to arrive to you. If you are in a regional or rural area, this delivery may take slightly longer.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We off FREE standard delivery to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore and United States.

Please allow up up to 20 business days for your order to arrive to you, depending on the the destination country & address.

NO CUSTOMS TAXES OR DUTIES are included in the payment of your order. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover any additional customs & taxes charges due upon arrival into the destination country.

 

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders delivered to Australian addresses may be returned due to change-of-mind within 14 calendar days of the order being delivered.

To return your order, please complete a return request, and we will provide you with an Australia Post postage label to attach to your return parcel.

The cost of this return postage will be deducted from your refund.

When we receive your returned order, please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to be processed via your original payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for international orders.
